Palazzo Trento Valmarana
The work of Francesco Muttoni, Palazzo Trento Valmarana dates back to the years between 1713 and 1717.
After the heavy bombardment in 1945, during which the building suffered serious damage, the only part which remained unscathed was the panoramic facade over the garden which looks out on Piazza Matteotti. The facade over San Faustino was rebuilt, but the frescoes of the main hall and stairway by Giambattista Tiepolo were lost. Of these all that remains is sinopite preserved in the Palazzo Leoni Montanari.
Address: contrà San Faustino, 23
