Church of St Catherine
The present Church of St Catherine dates back to 1672 and stands on the site of a previous church of 1292.
The design of the facade is attributed to Pizzocaro. It closely follows the features of Vicenza's 17th century religious architecture, with four columns holding up a tympanum, decorated with statues by the school of Albanese.
Inside, there are numerous paintings narrating the life of St Catherine of Alessandria. They have been partly attributed to Pietro Liberi, Giulio Carpioni, Antonio Fumiani, Pietro Vecchia, Andrea Celesti, Antonio Zanchi and Giovanni Battista Molinari.
The high altar is of great interest, with its precious marbles and statues by Orazio Marinali.
